- How to handle stress (pray, meditation,etc)
- Interaction: ngobrol, silaturahmi 
- Exercise (jogging, swim, etc)
- Learn: new things like reading, edit videos, etc
- Diet (Low carbo, low sugar, plenty of fruit & vegie)
